A forest, a stream, an orchard, paddocks. Come here to get away from it all. There's plenty of space too, so bring the family or friends, and bring the dogs. Located approximately 20kms away from the Martinborough town square, and approximately 14kms away from the wild coastline at Lake Ferry, you can base yourself here to explore this scenic corner of South Wairarapa. Or you can stay in, and enjoy the laidback country lifestyle. Newly decorated open plan living, dining and kitchen, polished wooden floors throughout the house. The kitchen is complete including a stunning 5 burner gas smeg oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and soda stream. Bathrooms with underfloor heating. The facilities \- Deck, outdoor lounge suite, outdoor dining suite \- 65 inch smart television, and board games. \- Toasty warm in winter, cool in summer. A fireplace, and heaters in every room. \- Three bathrooms, walk-in showers, two with overhead satin jets shower heads plus a free-standing claw bath. \- Fully equipped laundry including dryer, iron, ironing board and clothesline. It is in a private and quiet setting close to Lake Ferry and Martinborough. The cleaning fee was on the high side for just 2 people, but it was very clean and well maintained and there was no problem keeping warm in winter with the fire and Air conditioning. Great communication, enjoyed our time at Forest House. Only thing we missed was a normal sized oven tray and a normal sized cheese grater! Other than that, perfect. ##### Kate P.
