Brand new (2023) 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage-style home nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Pinetop-Lakeside. This charming little home has everything you need while you’re away from yours.  
  
You’re just minutes from Woodland Lake Park, Charlie Clark’s Steakhouse, and many more local favorites!  
  
Each room features its own A/C, heater, and fan—so you can easily dial in your perfect comfort level and enjoy peaceful nights.  
  
There are plenty of outdoor spaces to unwind, including two covered decks and a cozy patio set—perfect for relaxing or entertaining.  
  
The master suite boasts a king bed and walk-in shower, while the second bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk and an additional twin bed, comfortably sleeping up to four guests. The open-concept great room combines the kitchen, dining, and living areas for easy gathering.  
  
Wildlife lovers will appreciate the frequent visits from deer, squirrels, and bluejays in the peaceful surroundings. The home sits just below street level, giving you a private, tucked-away feel.  
  
Right across the street is the Hillside Hangout—a 3-bedroom, 2-bath home that’s also available to reserve if you’re traveling with a larger group.

Great property! Fresh and new, well-appointed, and easy to enjoy. Location is perfect, close to tasty restaurants and a quiet neighborhood. We’ve booked our next stay before we checked out - looking forward to returning!

#### Adorable little cabin in a great location

Clean, adorable, and cozy! My family really enjoyed our stay here. There is a lovely outdoor space, great for grilling or morning coffee. Property is well appointed, we didn’t find ourselves in need of anything. Will definitely stay here again.
