Self check in. Guests have access to the entire home EXCEPT 2 locked closet in the hallway (used for storage).
One day prior to your arrival you will receive an email that walks you through the process and answers any last-minute concerns. If you still have questions, we’re available for you! Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at any time - we are here to please.
The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.
For Christmas and New Years, property will be available for only weekly rental (Minimum stay 7 nights each).

**CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS**
Check in time is 2pm
Check out time is Noon
Please leave all used towels in the washer. No need to start the washer.
Please place the 2 remotes in the living room on top of coffee table and bedroom remotes (2 in each room) on top of the end table
Please put back the furniture like you found them
Please bag all trash and place them inside the waste container on the driveway next to Basketball hoop. No loose items.
Please don’t forget to turn off the lights and lock the home when leave

A! From the time of booking to the time of checkout Charles was amazing with communication!The house is gorgeous and very clean. Has all kitchen items needed for cooking. This felt like home! The longhorns and horses were so fun to watch and alpacas and mini cows across the driveway were fun to visit. Tge location is so quiet and perfect for a getaway! Thank you so much for a lovely stay!

This is a beautiful home that is comfortable and very well maintained. Great for larger groups.It is on a wonderful property with views of longhorn cattle and horses out the back door and baby Llamas across the street to entertain the kids. Wedding trip

Our family and some friends were in town for our daughter’s wedding and this was the perfect place for us to stay. We were close to restaurants and shopping, only 15 minutes from the wedding venue, but out in the country where we could thoroughly watching enjoy the nearby farm animals. Charles was a great host, very responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! We hope we have the opportunity to stay here again.

Home Away from Home!

This house provided our family with a cozy atmosphere yet it was large enough to accommodate us. The house has all amenities needed and its location offered a peaceful environment. We highly recommend this house for your family and encourage you to visit the Sharkarosa Zoo while there.

This property was perfect for two families of four each with adult children. The photos were honest to the condition/layout of property. Beautiful setting and we were able to watch the long horns on adjacent property being fed each morning. We would absolutely book again. Magical setting.

Peaceful home!!

Our daughter was married at The Hillside Estates and this home was the perfect location to the venue! It was so nice waking up to the longhorns and horses out back!! This home had everything that we needed and plenty of room for our family. The host was very helpful from booking until we left. The only downfall that we had is that we could not stay a day longer to rest and relax!! Go and enjoy this beautiful home!!!

We loved it!

Seven of us stayed here for a wedding weekend. The bedrooms are all in one wing of the house with the kitchen /dining / family room at the other end so the layout works well for a large group! We enjoyed watching the horses and cattle from the spacious covered back patio. The patio has lots of comfy seating for all. Everything was very clean, the family room and kitchen are spacious and comfy for a large group and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area!

Perfect!!

This house was perfect for a place to stay for our bridesmaids and groomsmen. Everyone had a comfy place to sleep and it was only 5 mins from the wedding venue! It also has plenty of room for everyone to hang outside in the beautiful backyard.

The Heart of Texas

This immaculate home in a setting among horse and cattle ranches is all Texas. Communication with host Charles was fast and accurate. Very clean. Well stocked. Close enough to the towns of Pilot Points and Aubrey to run errands with ease. We loved our week-long stay and we're only sorry we had to leave that beautiful place. Our guests were wowed, too. The shaded patio is a natural for entertaining in sight of a pasture of grazing longhorns. TV over the fireplace looks to be a 95-incher. Incredible for football!

Fantastic House in Relaxing Area

The house was perfect for our stay - all adults had comfortable, clean places to sleep, the house is well-appointed and set up for just relaxing, whether in the spacious den or kitchen area or the huge patio overlooking cows and horses. We were even able to pull our car into the garage in order to be able to unload during a rainstorm. The host was fantastic in his communication with us, and stopped by to check on us and ask if we needed anything. Check in instructions were on the money and prompt. Overall, if I need to stay in this area again, this house will be the first place we check!
