Very quiet stay, the room was very spacious and clean. The maid service was great, the wifi was strong but it went down and wasn't able to connect to the internet which was not a problem. And the property was close to all the shops, very convenient. It was a great vacation stay, will definitely be back to stay again.

We have stayed here 4 times now and although rooms need updating, the location is excellent, quite and right next to the river. Breakfast is adequate and always hot and staff really helpful both in Breakfast room and reception. Pool is small but clean and overall great value for money and would always stay here when visiting pigeon forge.
