This beautiful villa offers a wonderful view of the sea while enjoying the tranquility, nature and the landscape. The area where the villa is located is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Original materials were used to build this villa, such as handmade bricks and typical stones that give the house a special appearance. Terracotta floors and wooden beams give the house a special flair. A covered patio and a large terrace, from which you have a view of the beautiful Versilia landscape, is ideal for lingering outdoors.
