"This is an amazing site; a set of stone-built cottages expertly converted into hotel accommodation, and with the new pool, spa and dining areas beautifully architected. The location is peaceful and secluded, with amazing views. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was good (I opted for the "normal" restaurant rather than the gourmet one)."

To make a long story short, the front desk manager listened and understood that there was a communication issue that led to us being overcharged.
