"The hotel is average. It is connected to the Carlton hotel where you check in and have breakfast. It appears to be much more expensive for no particular reason "

"Clean, comfortable, pleasant staff, very well maintained and serviced. Breakfast served in ground floor cafe, and again, very pleasant and welcoming staff. Treviso is a delightful town, and an excellent base for exploring the region. Highly recommended."

Pessima l' accoglienza con lamentela della signora che ci ha salutato la mattina dopo l' arrivo per aver premotato con expedia ad un prezzo quindi piu basso . "Do not book this hotel!! This company is the worst accommodation company I have ever dealt with. We booked with them from Feb. 9 to 12th. When we arrived, there was no running water. We called them, as they have no front desk, and we were told they were aware of this and offered a refund if we didn't want to stay. Due to the hour of our arrival, we said we would stay the night but if it wasn't fixed the next day we would check out. In the morning we still had no water, we couldn't bathe, flush...
