Take a tour of this Amazing and Elegant home, this beautiful 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home can be your new home away from home for all your vacation needs or traveling stay. Master king size bedroom with huge walk in closet, 2 sinks vanity and bathing w/ balcony overlooking the backyard w/ pool for those hot summers or simply a quiet time for the stars. a separate bathroom upstairs next to 3 bedrooms, room 2 has twin beds great for kids, room 3 and 4 has queen size bed. touring downstairs you will find a great spacious former living room and walking into our open space kitchen with an addition breakfast table as well, you will enjoy the tv family room with an electric heated fireplace for a relax time or a movie night with the family or many events around the valley to maximize your day. This 2 story house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the convenient w Loop 101 and Arrowhead Mall with majority of restaurants, grocery stores, car rentals, fuel stations, uhaul storage and rentals, entertainment blocks, Peoria and Glendale sports complex and arenas including our Arizona Cardinals Stadium 15 mins away, Thunderbird Trails for jogging/bike paths, Phoenix Open, Phoenix Raceway, short drive to Chase Field Arizona Diamondbacks, Phoenix Convention Center, and Wild Life Zoo. Our lcation is 30 mins away from Sky Harbor Airport, Scottsdale Airport and 15 mins from Deer Valley Airport.

gteat location for Spring Training

House is great. Nice large kitchen, comfortabe and wifi works. Only negatives are the shower in the Master bedroom and the bathroom fans. Shower too low flow and fans are very noisy.

Fun in the sun

This was our 2nd time being there. We love everything about staying here. Location is close to all our shopping needs and close to my parents in Sun City. The house is cute and clean. Everything we need is there! Even the towels and sheets are great! Will be back!

Excellent house!!

Everything went well, the house was clean and the neighborhood looked nice. Location is excellent as well. Close to the pier 83 which is where the mall, a lot of restaurants, target, Walmart, Albertson's, and the baseball parks are.

Ad accurate! Very clean and comfortable home, quiet neighborhood, centrally located to just about everything, freeway, shopping and lots of great restaurants to choose! Beds and pillows were a little on the stiff side for our liking, but all in all house was great .. I would consider this property again

Our Arizona stay

Could not of asked for a better home to stay in. Very beautiful, spacious, clean and just as the photos were. If you come to Arizona this is definitely a place to keep in mind. Communication was very easy with quick response. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay in your home. Perfect place for us

This was a perfect place for our family group. Three sets of siblings and spouses plus our 83 year old mother shared this property for for 4 days. It is well set up and was move-in ready. Everything we needed was there for us. Instructions were great and the owners were so responsive! We enjoyed the pool during some hot weather days. The house stayed cool and was comfortable. Super clean! We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Well appointed, very clean home in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Home is just as described Owners with quick response. Only downside was the pool was not usable due to very cold water - even after multiple 90+ degree days. Very nice patio and backyard area though.

Second Wonderful Stay

This was our second time staying in this house. Everything was spotless upon arrival. Kitchen has all of the necessities for cooking. Park down the street was great again for the little ones. And poolside lounging was perfect. You will enjoy this house.

Nice clean house. Safe and well kept neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and everything was as described. Winter temperatures made it way to cold to swim but the patio was STILL our favorite place to be. Neighborhood was clean, and park at the end of the block was a delight for our kiddos. Quick drive to all the restaurants and shops near the Peoria Spring Training Center and Sprouts Grocery for those Organic Food lovers. Would recommend to families or groups of friends.
