Quiet neighborhood. Pools, hot tubs, and tons of amenities at the clubhouse for 30+ day stays. Golf clubs are available for your use. This home features 2200 sqft, 2 bedrooms and a large "bonus" room with games and pool table. The kitchen is beautiful and newly updated. Located 15 - 25 minutes from Downtown Mesa, Old Town Scottsdale, Barrett Jackson, Chicago Cubs Spring Training facility, Phoenix Open, and hospitals. At least one guest must be 55+ years of age in order to rent. Loved all the brick ranch homes and the quiet neighborhood. The dog park and pond were wonderful to walk to. The house was so spacious and very clean. Loved the updated kitchen and bathrooms. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had before check in. They even let us check in a few hours early and left us complimentary chocolates and a bottle of wine! The kitchen was well supplied and stocked with what we needed to make our Thanksgiving dinner.
