I had to spend way too much time mopping, sweeping, spraying room deodorizers/Lysol wiping surfaces, etc. to enjoy my stay. We ended up checking out a day early. Pros: pool/backyard area is really nice and lots of great amenities available in the rental. It's a mature property that will need ongoing TLC/upgrades. Once the property is thoroughly inspected/cleaned after each guest...I hope it will be successful.Host: available/responsive and accommodating with pool heating date changes due to weather. Offered to assist with cleaning; however that would have been inconvenient for us to have a service provider in the rental due to our schedule, and unlikely the odor would have been mitigated by the time our short stay (4 nights) was over. ##### Beth L. He was very responsive and helped us get our mail forwarding situation established, and was always quick to respond if we had any questions.
