Pool and jacuzzi are GATED for safety with tons of outdoor seating! Play house in the backyard for kids with ping-pong table for adults. Privacy and quiet on a beautiful street. No stairs! Modern decor and fun atmosphere.  
  
We offer a fully stocked kitchen, washer, dryer, central air / heating, & high speed Wifi. The backyard is a lovely place to drink a cup of coffee in the morning, take a dip in the pool, enjoy a glass of wine by the fire-pit, or simply get work done on your laptop. The neighborhood is very quiet, making the backyard a great place to take Zoom meeting calls and anything else work-from-home related. Huge pool & tons of outdoor furniture make this place a must-book. Trader Joes, Target, CVS and anywhere else you could possibly need are all less than a 5 minute drive. Roadrunner Park is around the corner, featuring a huge field, play-ground, volleyball court, basketball court and adorable duck pond! (Be sure to bring bread crumbs! :). This home is on a quiet street yet very convenient to several freeways, restaurants, parks, shops & all that AZ has to offer!

\*\* Premium bedding and mattresses in all rooms!! We purchased high quality/ very soft sheets and VERY comfortable expensive mattresses. Blackout custom window treatments to ensure good night sleep and complete privacy in ALL bedrooms.  
  
\*\* The trundles are reserved for larger groups staying at the home. If you have more than 10 people staying at the house, then you paid an extra guest fee on the listing when you reserved the house and you are welcome to use the trundles. If you are a group 10 people or less and would like to use the trundles. It will cost $25 per bed for the codes. This home sleeps 10 people without the trundles and the trundles are for the additional 15 that the home sleeps. We cannot have 15 beds being used with 10 people or less. When all the beds are being used the cleaning crew charges us extra and to clean all of the extra beds and we cannot do that for a smaller group unless you would like to pay for it.

Check out Downtown Scottsdale, Glendale for the Super Bowl, Desert Ridge’s outdoor mall with tons of restaurant/arcade/movie theater, Hikes & More.  
  
\*\*Hiking trails are also a short drive away such as Shadow Mountain & Lookout Mountain / Preserves (most popular amongst AZ locals) and endless fitness studios for all types of exercise, (Yoga, Pilates, Cycling, you name it- Paradise Valley has it!).  
  
\*\*Whatever you like to eat, it's nearby - whether it's Pizza, Sushi, Mexican, Thai Food, you name it- Paradise Valley has it within a short distance!  
  
The house comes with a private driveway that can fit 2 small cars or 1 SUV, depending on the size. There is also ample FREE street parking.

#### Nothing like the listing- terrible experience

Absolutely terrible experience. Texts and messages were ignored about checking in early. They refused to give us combinations to use the beds even though we had over 10 people staying in the house. Wanted to charge us. There were stains on the carpet. Most of the chairs outside were broken and dry rotted. Both propane tanks were empty. Grill was FILTHY! Several things were broken or dirty through out the property. Not a single dresser or place to put clothes away in any of the 4 bedrooms. Place is much older and dirtier than shown in the pictures. Reached out to VRBO at beginning of stay and said property manager would be in touch and they never contacted us again. Not happy with the house or management. Do not recommend staying here at all!!! Terrible experience !!!

#### Great place, great location!

This place is a 5 minute drive from a costco, frys, and a florist! The kitchen had all the spices for chilli, bbq, and french toast. The house was very clean and had tons of toys for toddlers, had a pack n play, high chair, and corners on the glass table. My only suggestion for the host would be to add a latch lock on the front door as the property is on a main road, and the door handle is a lever type. There were a few times that the toddlers tried to escape which was a little stressful. I would definitely book again.

#### Perfect Stay!

This rental was in the perfect place. It is close to everything. The home is very clean, comfortable beds and very nice neighbors. The host was great! When we come back to the area I will want to stay here again. This stay exceeded my expectations!!

#### Great location. Bright and Fun

Easy everything. Easy to get to. Easy check in and out. Fun backyard. Loved the amenities. Provided coffee which many rentals don’t do anymore. Nice having many king beds. Fun backyard. Close to restaurants. Parking is tight for two vehicles but we made it work.

#### Great place, great owner!

Sarah is an amazing host! She was more than helpful throughout the process. She was easy to communicate with and very responsive to our questions. Overall it’s a great place to stay with family and friends. The back patio and living room have plenty of space which is where we mostly spend our time. The rooms are just as spacious as the rest of the house and honestly slept better than I do at home. I would definitely stay here again.

#### Excellent stay!

This house was beautiful, spacious, and had everything for my family to enjoy! Every one In my family has different interests and the property contained different things that kept the whole family entertained and satisfied! The host was AMAZING and was always reachable. I would highly recommend this beautiful property to anyone looking for a rental while in the area! Will defiantly be staying again if we visit Arizona again!
