Ideal for a short-term visit or an extended stay This 2,151-square-foot home boasts an open floor plan with elegant vaulted ceilings, multiple gathering areas for entertaining or relaxation, and seamless transitions between rooms. Three large glass sliding doors—accessible from the living/dining room, family room/kitchen, and primary suite—open to the backyard patio. Equipped with four smart TVs and high-speed, reliable Wi-Fi, the home ensures connectivity and entertainment. The living room features premium leather reclining furniture and a 70-inch smart TV, paired with a sophisticated dining area seating eight—perfect for hosting guests for a meal, movie night, or games. We (G'ma & G'pa) had our daughter and three kids (20, 18, & 12) stay with us. Plenty of room, GREAT patio, good connections with rental property management. We were fortunate to be within 4 miles of our other 'kids' home where we were attending a graduation. This is a very nice property, well maintained and monitored. Enjoy! ##### Diane F. Great location. The single bed was not comfortable for adult. Issues with golf cart, but host refunded the added cost. Stayed for a week, it was amazing. Sat on the patio every morning overlooking the golf course. House had everything, we were wearing out so did not really pay attention to the kitchen amenities however we had tea/ coffee every morning so found that was in order. The only draw back was the machinery on the golf course wakes you up throughout the night, doing there rounds or mowing the grass at 4 am. Checkout is 11.00 am. Our flight was leaving at 9 pm and we’d asked checkout an hour to two late but management would not budge. Anyways, had a great time at this beautiful property, will definitely be back. ##### jessie j. The big, open spaces made it possible for everyone to get together comfortably. The well stocked kitchen allowed us to cook and eat together. The huge garage gave ample space to park our rental van. The vast expanse of windows let in tons of natural light adding an extra layer of comfort. Because we all live in different parts of the US, getting together physically isn't always easy. I then extended it one day. Then I showed up a day early having erased Thursday that week. The lady at Elite was very accommodating and let me add a day which was very helpful. The house was in excellent condition and had everything needed. I do recommend having a few condiments for cooking. Cottonwood is located great for us and we had stayed there before.
