Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard. Pool service is every Thursday. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week. \*Pool or SPA heat can be scheduled for $150+ tax per day (must be scheduled at least 3 days before check in) Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each No pets allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability. For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property. \*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. Thank you! Please note our policy for items left behind: We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. We'd much rather you have your belongings with you!
