The home is one floor and does not require stairs. Downtown Scottsdale is an easy 14-20 minute drive away. There are also plenty of delicious local dining options available a 10 minute walk away. This location is ideal for those who want to be within striking distance of Scottsdale's nightlife and culinary scenes, while maintaining privacy and quiet at night. Getting Around: The best way to get around is by car, ridesharing services, bike, or public transportation. Both off-street and on-street parking is available. This home has two off-street parking spots available to use in the driveway just to the left of the main entrance. Additionally, there is enough space to park three cars on the street in front of the home on Gold Dust Avenue and three to four spots along the side of the property on 34th Street. Please refrain from parking in front of any of the neighboring homes and maintain a twenty-foot distance from the corner STOP sign. Other Things to Note: HOUSE DISCLOSURES –We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group. –The pool is open and heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day. If you are booking dates bordering these holidays and are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know and we will determine if this request can be accommodated with our winterizing schedule. –The hot tub is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and hot tub maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment. Plenty of seating throughout for our family of 20\. Beautiful design. Clean with comfy beds. Excellent communication with host. Had to take away 1 star due to functionality of the kitchen. While glasses and dishes are stocked for 22 people, the cookware was quite inadequate and did not meet the standard of the rest home both in quantity and quality. The stove also had 5 burners but only 1 large burner and the rest were so small, they were nearly unusable. It made it quite difficult to cook for 20 people.
