Azur sits on the northern edge of Phoenix, right where the Valley loosens its grip and the Scottsdale line begins. This one-bedroom, one-bath apartment keeps things open and uncomplicated: a fully equipped kitchen that flows straight into the living area, so nobody's cooking alone, and enough natural light to make the whole space feel bigger than the square footage suggests. The bedroom holds a queen and reads calm and uncluttered, and the full bath is finished simply and well. Off the living room, a private balcony looks out over the community — a good spot to sit with the morning paper or catch the light change at the end of the day.
