If you want to experience Arizona living, THIS IS IT! The resort style backyard offers a spacious pool, pergola, fireplace, and INCREDIBLE sunset views! The community offers 2 beautiful lakes with walking paths, a Nicklaus Design golf course and Troon managed facility, plenty of parks, and over 60 miles of hiking/biking trails. Also nearby...a grocery store, a pharmacy, a Starbucks, a local coffee shop, several fast food options, as well as a few sit down restaurants. We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Goodyear, AZ. The house was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for our family time together. The neighborhood was peaceful, the beds were cozy, and we loved waking up to the quiet Arizona mornings. The kids enjoyed the space, and everything we needed was right there. The host was easy to communicate with and made our stay stress‑free. We would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!

This house was in a great location, quiet neighborhood, and beautiful. The bedrooms were very comfortable and clean, and the house provided everything we needed. The outside of the house was definitely our favorite, with a super cute entryway, and a fantastic backyard. The pool was definitely a hit with our family! The hosts were super easy to communicate with, and made sure we had anything we needed.Anytime we are in the valley we plan to stay at this house!

Great place. Owner needs to pay attention to details as the light fixtures and light switches were coming apart. Low shower pressure and door would not close. Great outdoor space and if they take care of these simple items would get 5 stars.
