The one negative which we found annoying was like most places you had to pay an additional $100 a day to heat the pool which is fine except you don’t have any controls over the pool or hot tub or pool lights or waterfall. we did not know this going in and I have rented many times before at other locations and this is not the case. if you want the pool waterfall on you have to text the manager she doesn’t always respond right away and she said she set it up for a timer on the timer didn’t work we still had to call and ask every time we wanted on or off. Also hot tub is only run in the evening for six hours. We had a windy day and would have liked to use it during the day. Besides being clean & comfortable (which we would all expect) this home amazed us with the tiny attention to detail that made the stay feel extra special. Every need was anticipated and thoughtfully cared for...from cozy blankets we would use outside, to usb ports attached to the nightstands, and an organized kitchen with tools even a gourmet cook wouild appreciate. Property manager had to adjust heat for house remotely...only corrected after 2 days and 5 calls.
