The Northview Retreat is within walking distance to Luci's at the Orchard & Dutch Bros Coffee and only 10 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport Other Things to Note: Optional Pool Heat: Pool heating is available for $75 per night or $400 per week. To ensure the pool is heated upon your arrival, payment and request must be submitted at least 72 hours in advance. Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in. No Parties or Events: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for parties and events. The City of Phoenix and Arcadia neighborhood enforce noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines and the removal of our listing. Security Cameras: For your safety and in compliance with local regulations, A Ring cameras are installed at the front door. This is used solely to verify occupancy and for emergency purposes. No other cameras or recording devices are located on the property. Noise Monitoring: A Minut device is installed to monitor occupancy and decibel levels.
