Every room has its own Smart TV, new furniture, and a plush memory foam mattress. Enjoy the one of a kind Game Hallway with erasable chalkboard walls and dart board. This beautifully remodeled, mid-century home is yours to enjoy! The space is a private, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in Phoenix. The full property is a single family home, and this space comprises the front 2/3 of the house. The back portion of the house is also a short term rental listed on AirBNB, but the two are separated by an insulated wall (similar to a duplex). Each space has its own central air and private entrance, but the backyard and driveway are shared. Enter through the front gate and check yourself in via the digital lock on the front door. The space has a full kitchen, and is fully stocked with all kitchen accessories like a knive set, oven mitts, stainless steel pots and pans, silverware, coffee pot, water kettle, and glasses! Also enjoy the Game Hallway fully equipped with a dartboard, and a variety of games on the chalk walls. The cleaning fee is at the rate it is because my cleaners are payed a livable wage. Please note: there is no washer and dryer available. I am accessible all day via text or phone call. I live only 15 minutes away, and I am 100% dedicated to making your stay as comfortable as possible. So if you would like anything additional in advance or during your stay, I am happy to try and accommodate! Please don\`t hesitate to ask. The house is nestled in a gentrifying, urban neighborhood with amenities like Starbucks, fast food restaurants, authentic Mexican restaurants, public park, and canal within walking distance. Larger chain stores like Target, Costco, Ross, etc are located within a few miles and the nearest grocery store is 3 blocks away. Arcadia is only 2 miles away, which is known for its unique cluster of restaurants and bars. The Biltmore with its variety of high end shops and restaurants is less than 3 miles away. Getting to Old Town Scottsdale is a quick 15 minute drive, and downtown Phoenix is an even quicker 10 minute drive. We are very centrally located, so you\`ll be sure to find something you like nearby! The closest lightrail metro location is 3 miles away, with bus stops all around the area. Of course, Uber and Lyft are popular alternative modes of transportation. He provided coffee, tea, creamer, nice soap/ shampoo, tissue, feminine products, and phone/device chargers in every room. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice quality. I’ve stayed at many vacation rentals, and Aaron’s had the most amenities by far. Communication and check-in were easy. The property is in a quiet, residential area but is close to anything you’d want to drive to; grocery store, restaurants, bars, Old Town Scottsdale, Sky Harbor. The house is smartly decorated and has everything you’d need, seriously, he even has phone chargers in every room. I was especially happy to find an assortment of teas along with the coffee. Most people leave us tea drinkers out, so I really appreciated that thoughtful touch. We had a ton of fun throwing darts in the games hallway and then slept in beds that felt like clouds.
