Fabulous two level, 1337 square foot condo with fantastic pool views. Unit includes 2 BR, 2 BA, Loft, and a 20 foot vaulted ceiling in the living room. This condo occupies the upper two floors of a 3 story complex, and is very quiet. Includes 3 patios with views of the pool, hot tub and mountains in the background. Everything is kept pristine and very clean. The unit has been remodeled with granite counter-tops, new flooring, paint, new bedding, linens, accessories for the kitchen and new furniture. The unit can comfortably sleep up to 6 with a California king in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a trundle bed in the 2nd level loft that can be converted to two twin beds. The Pointe Resort is a gated resort community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles NE of downtown Phoenix adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The complex features 3 pools, 3 spas, tennis and pickle ball and basketball courts. Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a 7-mile radius. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base for all the Valley has to offer. Our first time staying in a VRBO location. We really enjoyed our visit and all of the things that were available. Games, wifi, pool, great kitchen. Less than a mile from grocery store. Close to North Mountain for hiking. Close to wonderful local restaurants, Close to beautiful hiking trails, we took advantage the proximity to North Mountrain. The Condo was perfect size for our requirements. It was Clean and well equipped. TV's in evry room. Steps from the pool area. All in all fantastic. Lastly Tracy our host was accomindating and communicative through our entire stay. ##### Daryl D. It was in a perfect location for our activities. The pool is right in front of the unit and and never busy. The host answered the few questions we had very promptly. Very quiet location with designated parking place. The condo was over 90 degrees when we arrived and took all night to cool the place down. There is one restaurant “Scramble” which was about a mile away otherwise everything else was 10-15” drive. Little Miss BBQ great place to eat! Hot tub was not operating and pool at times looked like it needed to be cleaned. Clean BBQ at poolside which was very nice to grill on. We only used half of the condo on the first level but there is a king size bed/bathroom and daybed on second level. Numerous stairs to get to the condo and impossible to find without the help of the kind local contact person. She was very helpful in showing us where the condo was and gave us a brief orientation to the place. The laminate floor needs to be cleaned but other than that it appears to be taken care of. ##### Denise B. Tracy is phenomenal! When we landed in Phoenix she had sent me an email letting me know the pools were going to be closed the next due and refunded 1 night stay. That was very gracious of her and continued to provide feedback as to when they would be open. This unit has everything, spices, toiletries, etc. if you forget something, wait to buy it because it’s probably already at the unit.
