RAVE REVIEWS! waterfalls,creek,walking trails, wildlife AMAZING Extra Large, corner unit (ie fewer neighbors) located next to the peaceful sound of the waterfall! Bubbling over with character! Soaring vaulted ceilings both in living room and master suite. Serene SW Pueblo decor throughout. Even an 8' Pueblo ladder in the living room. The living room offers soft leather sofas and seating for your utmost comfort. The oversized master bedroom suite boasts rare Palm Frond woven art originals, a comfy reading chair, KING bed, high quality bed sheets and plenty of dresser space. It is separated from the other two bedrooms by several rooms and a hallway...very private. Master bedroom has a private entrance to the balcony and soothing water views. Upscale kitchen with lots of cabinet space, granite counters, roll-out pantry drawers, multiple lighting sources, and tons of pots, pans, baking dishes, etc. Mr Coffee maker plus a Keurig for those mornings and evenings relaxing on the balcony! Many other small appliances: crockpot, blender, mixer, toaster, etc. Soothing color pallete throughout. Plenty of space for guests to relax with 3 additional beds! Luxurious soft linens throughout. Just imagine...a home waiting for you with TONS of bed pillows!!! Free WiFi, Free wireless internet. The oversized balcony comfortable seats you plus your guests! There are seats for conversing and a chaise lounge for snoozing, as well as a bistro table for sipping champagne. Enjoy the morning sunlight, the afternoon shade, and the twinkling lights of the waterfall at night. This is a 3rd floor condo with stairs directly in front of unit PLUS an elevator about 120 feet from our front door. The elevator key is available upon entry into the condo, it is on the large set of keys. The community offers a HEATED swimming pool surrounded by cactus and beautiful bougainvillea, where you can spend the day or evening simply relaxing. Next to the pool is a hot tub and private tennis and pickle ball courts. Our unit is steps away from the pool. And a brand new hot tub was completed in last March! Enjoy morning or evening strolls around the private lake (paved 1 mile trail) where you will encounter ducks, geese, swans, turtles, fish, herons, and egrets! The walk includes fishing docks, benches, a babbling brook, rock fountain, awesome bridge, and the waterfall which is located in front of our balcony! A great vacation that is minutes from all of the metro area's greatest attractions. Immediate neighborhood has many restaurants to choose from including: Pappadeaux Seafood, Olive Garden, Bobby-Q's (voted best in the US), Garciaš authentic Mexican, Red Robin, Red Lobster, Lone Star, OutBack Steakhouse, Black Angus, Dickey's BBQ, Desert Rose Steak House, Sizzler, Chili's, Hooters, Old Country Buffet, MOD pizza, Fajitas, Sweet Tomatoes, plus many more. Both Starbucks and Barnes / Nobles is a quick walk away! Easy access to highways - located 1 block from the I-17\. Close to all the fantastic sporting events and Spring Training. And best of all.. .only 18 minutes to/from the airport (non-rush hour). In an effort to be good neighbors, we want to keep the noise and traffic to a minimum. We have additional rules below. We do make exceptions to these rules on a case by case basis. Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am Travelers without reviews MAY not be accepted. Bookings less than 7 days in advance MAY not be accepted. We enjoyed 1 mile walking trail around the pond, heated pool and hot top.Millie is the most responsive owner we’ve encountered. She answered our questions and concerns quickly. The fully stocked appliances dishes in the kitchen was just great. We all loved hanging out on the very large and private balcony, with the views of the pond and desert structures! Mille was very communicative with some questions about the TV etc. The pool and hot tub area was very nice and it was awesome that the pool was heated. We used it every day! Overall great location , great space - super roomy, literally home away from home. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and then some. They provided us with some extra perks such as laundry detergent, beach towels and other misc items you don’t think about. The space is overall very clean. No complaints there. Condo is well maintained and clean. Property offers several activities, most items you need are located in the hallway closet for these activities. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, pots, baking sheets, etc. Great rental. The only things we note as small drawbacks. The master bedroom curtains(colored sheers) allow the light to come into the room at night when closed. When we arrived it was dirty but there was a glitch in the system and it didn't notify the cleaners. But I let the property manager know and both them and the cleaners got right on it and fixed it. When they finished cleaning it it was spotless! The home owner even touched base with me to apologize for it being that way when we arrived and she felt so bad. Clean, comfortable, nice AZ decor. The entire place had abt every amenity you could think of. (Books, DVDs, puzzles, games, cards, magazines, visitor info, beach towels, fishing poles, pickleball racquets, cooler, pool floats, and a well appointed kitchen). The instruction booklet was very detailed. Definitely read it when you arrive. The elevator key is on the keyring in the condo. It won't work without the key. The elevator was great for getting our luggage and golf bags to this 3rd floor condo. We took the stairs the rest of our time there. Loved the walking path around the "lake" to start our day. Saw birds and turtles. Its a locked area so felt safe. Nice view from this corner balcony. The hot tub and swimming pool were heated comfortably and a short distance from the condo. Pickleball court near the pool. There was one covered parking space for the car. Also a visitor parking space at the end of the building which was useful. The bedrooms had large mirrored closets for storage of our suitcases and hanging up our clothes. There was baby equipment in the master bedroom closet. (pack and play, infant seat and walker and maybe more). The sofa was deep but supplied with many lumbar pillows for short legged people which was thoughtful. We would definitely stay there again.
