We do heat them but the colder outside the harder it is to hold higher temps, It is still heated but not in the 80\`s during the colder seasons. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily. Effective 1/1/2024 a $1000 incidental/ noise deposit will be held upon check in and refunded back to your bank after checkout, when home is inspected and no damages and noise violation occurred. My husband and I brought our 2 sons (both in H.S.) and 2 of their friends to get away from the Washington weather, get a break from online zoom classes, and find some sunshine. We rented this house for a week and had a great stay! The property manager was super helpful while we were there with getting us anything that we needed.
