The living room is nice and open to the dining room and kitchen electric fireplace and large TV. The backyard offers comfortable seating and lounging areas, built in BBQ with an outdoor kitchen. Large pool with spa, and Baja deck, pool fence. Plenty of room to hang out and catch some sun. About the Neighborhood: This home is located near Old Town Scottsdale where you will find some of Scottsdale\`s best restaurants, bars, entertainment, art galleries, shops and so much more! Less than 10 minutes from Scottsdale Fashion Square mall with over 240 specialty stores and 10 minutes from the 101 freeway, where you can head to Casinos, Top Golf, the airport and much more. HOUSE RULES: Quiet Hours 9 pm to 9 am Please be considerate of our neighbors. No Smoking Allowed. No Pets. Must be 25 or over to reserve. Booking person must be present in the home during the entire stay. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. This is not a party house. Clean the BBQ grill before leaving. Put cover on when checking out. Outside Trash: Trash can is in the alley. The recycle can is in the front and will be pulled to the curb and back again after pick up by a trash concierge service. Only RECYCLE materials go in the recycle bin, no trash. If the city does not pick up the recycle due to non-recycle items, guests will be charged for pick up. The whole house is for your use. We are local to Phoenix and the surrounding area. We were both born and raised here in Arizona. Our family business is Cadaci Vacation Rentals. We love to get together to cook and eat, hang out and swim, hike, and travel. We love to take our dogs with us whenever possible whether it’s for a hike or a vacation. From our family to yours, we welcome you. Easy access to the best golf courses, restaurants and shopping. Walk or bike to Old Town for Coffee, Restaurants, Groceries and more. Minutes from spas, golf courses, hiking trails, spring training facilities, casinos, Old Town Scottsdale, and Fashion Square. You will want a car to get around, but everything is very close and convenient. Just minutes from shopping and dining, golf courses surround the area. A couple of minutes to the 101 freeway where you can head North to the Casino\`s, Attractions, Stadiums, Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter shopping. Minutes to Old Town with Art Galleries, Fashion Square and amazing hang outs and restaurants. Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is about 30-40 minutes depending on time of day and traffic. Pool heat is $75 per night. Hot tub heat is free up to 2 hours per day. If you want to use it more than that it will be $75 per day. We need at least 48 hours notice for pool heat. If the weather drops below 50 degrees at night the heater may struggle to keep up. Pool fence can be removed if there are no children under 6 at the home. Fee is $150 No pets allowed No parties. The home is visually appealing with a great pool, nice putting green, modern appliances, and plenty of space.However, there were several management-related issues:•Unhelpful customer service managed by a corporate entity - Phone calls with roosters crowing in background and children yelling, emails and texts with conflicting info, etc...•Confusing entry instructions with finicky electronic front door and lockboxes. (There is an electronic front door that is a bit finicky to use and as backup the instructions provided an 8-digit code to retrieve a key in a realtor lockbox to use in the front door. However, there are 2 lockboxes by the front door, and both use a 4-digit code. Needless to say, we were unable to get inside.)•Misaligned doors cause noise - in the middle of the night especially.•Loose bathroom fixtures.•Cumbersome pool app and daily pool cleaning required.•Lack of comprehensive guidelines for household conveniences.\* Check out by 10am is quite early if anyone in your party need's a separate airport trip - we asked for late checkout and were declined.Despite these inconveniences, the home provides all you need to enjoy your stay in Phoenix but we expected a higher end experience for what we paid :(. ##### Jeff C. The pool was amazing, the temperature and cleanliness were great, the water features were a nice touch. The hot tub temperature was perfect, and big enough for 4-6 people comfortably. The putting green provided lots of entertainment for the in laws when they came to visit. The outdoor grill/kitchen area was perfect for having a bbq and entertaining people. Loved the spacious kitchen and that it was stocked with all the things you needed to cook and entertain while staying here. The main master suite was huge with a comfy bed, a giant TV, a large bathroom with a beautiful shower/stand alone tub. Also like that there were floor to ceiling mirrors on the closet, was nice for all the girls to check their outfits. Also like that the master was the only bedroom on that side of the house and all the other bedrooms were grouped together. Only negatives were that there wasn’t a tv in all the bedrooms, and this was just personal preference not really a bad thing. And the only other thing is that the two twin beds in the one bedroom were not very comfortable, but all other beds in the house were great! It was in a convenient location in a nice neighborhood. Large, well-stocked kitchen, lots of indoor and outdoor living space. Pool and hot tub were great. Location is perfect- very central to most activities in the area. ##### Kimberly E.
