ROOMS - This spacious ranch style/ rambler 3 bedroom home features a luxurious, 5 piece master bathroom en suite. Master suite has private access via slider doors to the pool and lounge area. The other king bedroom directly accesses the second bathroom that it shares with the trundle bedroom. The trundle room, or The Cactus Room, offers a queen bed with twin trundle and TV. The interior was designed to stand out from the every day vacation rental. With thoughtfully curated comfort of the furniture to the desert chic interior design, this home is sure to make you feel welcome! BACKYARD - With views of the golf course and gorgeous desert landscape, the backyard feels like an incredible desert oasis. Enjoy the heated pool, outdoor dining, lounging in the sun, grilling on the built-in barbecue, playing a game of water basketball or a glass of wine next to the gas fire pit as you watch the sunset. Golf Course Location \- This home is located along the Las Sendas Golf Course offering beautiful fairway views and a serene setting. From time to time, stray golf balls may enter the yard or surrounding area. Guests are advised to use caution when outside and to supervise children at all times. By booking, guests acknowledge and agree that the homeowner and manager cannot be held liable for any injury, damage or loss resulting from golf activities or errant golf balls originating from the course. FAQs \- Pool heating available between October and April for additional fees of $75/day or $350/week. Hot tub heating is available free of charge. \- Standard check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Early check in or late check outs not guaranteed. If we have another guest departing or arriving on the same day as you, we require the entire window of time to turn over the home, so we won’t be able to offer this. The property is modern, clean and is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Desert Digs is a short driving distance from Usery Mountain Regional Park, which provides miles of walking, hiking and biking trails for the outdoor enthusiast. If you choose to relax by the pool and enjoy the AZ weather, Desert Digs is also for you. Italian, Mexican and American cuisine are close by. We didn’t encounter any issues during our stay but had a couple questions and Chelsea was very responsive. We highly recommend you check this property out. ##### Wade D. I felt like I was staying in an HGTV Dream Home. The photos don't really show how spacious the rooms are. Everything is laid out perfectly. The daybed/trundle is huge! It's the perfect spot for watching movies or playing the Switch. The memory foam mattresses are firm and very comfortable. No back aches on these things. The kitchen is so well stocked that you'll almost want to hold off grocery shopping until you've checked it out. The furniture isn't just beautiful, it's also very comfortable. The games were fun with lots to choose from. No need to worry about packing swim towels. The linen closet is packed with them!! My sister and I are kindof travel snobs. We do a lot of research before picking a house. This one did not disappoint!! We would give it 10 stars if possible. Chelsea was a dream host!! She was available for anything and everything before and during our trip. (I see they have other vrbo homes. I might have to check those out as well). AND I saved the best for last... BACKYARD & POOL!!! This was the main reason we chose this home. We spend a lot of our vacation time doing nothing and this is the perfect spot for just that. The pool ledge was perfect for sitting under the umbrella and enjoying the scenery. Being right on the golf course made this location quiet and serene. Seeing the green of the fairway made it feel like the backyard was expansive. The poolside fountains and lounge chairs made us feel like we were at an expensive resort without having to share the pool with others. Many vrbo homes skimp on the outdoor furnishings. This home did not do that!! I spent at least 3 hours a day in that cabana sectional. It is so comfortable that I'd find myself falling asleep in there after swimming. We even had all of our meals outside. The pool was the perfect size and depth. I picked up a $5 float at the store and floated around for hours out there. So relaxing. I hope to be back here again soon to recharge my mom batteries and enjoy the peaceful oasis at Desert Digs. ##### Ashley B.
