This house is 2558 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, 3 bath plus bonus room.
Live the inside/outside lifestyle with 12 ft telescoping doors to the outdoor entertaining from both Master and great room.
Listen & watch the water falling into the pool from your Master bed or shut the doors and shades to watch movies on the 85 inch great room TV or 75 inch master flatscreen.
After a day of hiking or sightseeing relax in the new therapeutic spa while watching a game on the 70 inch out door TV
If you need more room there’s a bonus TV room between the guest rooms.
One guest room with it’s own bathroom.
The pool, swim up bar and bbq area speaks for itself!
This house is located near Luke’s Air Force base, I-10 & 303.

Excellent house for a family of 4 with room to spare. Could walk around the quiet neighborhood or go stores close by for groceries. Great location to many golf courses which is was our main draw. Heated pool was perfect and the hot tub was great for the evenings after a day on the course. Many outdoor sitting areas with shady spots and full sun, TV outdoors, and terrific grill set up. We thought the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the laundry (plus soap!) was convenient. This house was a great base for our spring break adventures.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this house. It’s perfect !Well laid out home both inside and out with the most comfortable beds! Both times Shannon accommodated early check ins and we’re encouraged to ask if we need anything during our stay. The backyard is gorgeous. Wonderful heated pool and hot tub and nice bbq’s! The home and yard are super clean. We’ll definitely stay again when we’re back in Phoenix.

This home is a paradise! It is very clean with beautiful, upscale furnishings. The beds are very comfortable. It is located in a nice, safe area of Goodyear, The hosts are very kind and accommodating. We have rented this property twice and have been delighted with each stay.

We had an amazing stay and the pictures truly don’t it justice. The home is so spacious/open and clean. We loved how huge the kitchen/living area was and they had it stocked with anything you could need. All the bedrooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. The pool area is like a mini resort. Shannon and Russell were so helpful and I would highly recommend. We made great memories and can’t wait to stay again. Thank you!

Wonderful Beautiful Home and Resort Backyard

Incredible property with beautiful resort pool, recessed seating area next to the pool with swim up bar seats, and outdoor kitchen with two barbecues. The home is tastefully appointed with native southwestern theme, and very well equipped with kitchen supplies and all the water toys you'll need for a day of pool fun with the family. Our host Shannon was very responsive and the instructions provided for the home were clear and concise. 5 star all the way!

Amazing home and pool

We loved this house and backyard!House is well laid out with comfortable furniture and beds. Kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. Pool and hot tub were both fantastic. The backyard is exceptional with smart seating and outdoor tv. Neighborhood is quiet and great for walking. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was everything that we needed. Very spacious for our family. Very clean. Everything in the houses was in great working order. Very well stocked! Shannon and Russell were very accommodating and responsive. Just an FYI - The property is close to the USAF training airport. You will hear jets during the day on the week days.

Great vacation

We booked this place to attend some spring training events and it is situated perfectly for Reds and Guardian fans. Very nice house, very clean and the pool area is perfect for a group of friends. It comes with anything you need for cooking or grilling and has an abundance of towels. It is next to the flight path of fighter jets from Luke Air Force Base, so it does occasionally get loud on weekdays.

Much Needed Vacation

We had a fantastic time and stay. The house was set up wonderfully and everything was very clean. We enjoyed our days by the pool and playing cards outdoors. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. Beds were super comfortable and the house had everything you will need for a great getaway.

Good time in Goodyear AZ

Ah a house well provisioned with a cheerful southwestern decor plus a spa and POOL. The weather certainly held for us Jan 26-Feb 10 and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay . At least two more couples could have savored the time with us for the house is that spacious.
