The place was clean & spacious, the check in process was really easy. The pool layout is great for kids. Issues - Prior to the trip i asked about a pack n play, which they said they didn’t have, so we traveled with ours and still found one when we arrived. Minor inconvenience but annoying to have extra luggage traveling with kids. We also requested the pool to be heated for 4 days, but it was only turned on for possibly 1 day even after I texted a couple times. The house is well kept and has everything you need. It is also very close to everything around Phoenix. So clean, very organized, and beautifully updated. Had everything we needed for cooking, plenty of fresh towels, and wonderful room layout. Over all, the house and accommodations where perfect for the stay but unfortunately, TurnKey was a horrible experience to deal with. ##### Garrison B. I really enjoyed everything about your home. The location to shopping. The decorations are beautiful. The home layout is excellent. However I am a TV person and the channels with the news was behind, you need cable!!! Kitchen is equipped with all you need to prepare a delicious meal. We cooked in the kitchen every day and it was well appointed. Beds were all very comfortable. Pool was very cold when we arrived and contacted management. They got right on it and it was back to a warm temp same day. Thanks! Washer / dryer was handy. Water pressure was an issue in morning. when all were getting ready but we worked around it. If it weren’t winter, I could see a group or family really enjoying the backyard space. Beautiful home and we would consider staying there again. ##### Laura C.
