### Family & Dog Friendly, Quiet Home. PV+Scottsdale

The Sahuaro is your home away from home. This spacious and open concept house has everything you would need during your vacation. Our backyard has a large, resort-style pool, outdoor lounge seating, and a grassy area perfect for dogs to run around or to stargaze at night. We also have a gym inside the detached garage and our side gate opens up for a full sized RV! Equipped with a full kitchen, large family style couch, and big desk area, the Sahuaro is the perfect home for your group.

Living Room:  
Large sectional couch that is perfect for family game nights or movie nights with the swivel, smart TV.  
  
Bedroom 1:  
French doors open up to Bedroom 1, equipped with a queen sized bed and memory foam topper. There is also a queen sized air mattress inside the closet.  
  
Bedroom 2:  
Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed with 1 full sized bed and 1 twin sized bed. This room also has a large desk area, perfect for taking meetings or working on your laptop!  
  
Master Bedroom:  
The Master Bedroom has a large king sized bed with a fully functional electric fireplace, walk in closet, and smart TV. This room also has an ensuite bathroom with a standing shower. The bathroom also has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, and toothpaste so that you don't need to stress about forgetting something at home.  
  
Hallway Bathroom:  
The Hallway Bathroom is a tub shower equipped with bubbles for a relaxing stay. The bathroom also has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, and toothpaste so that you don't need to stress about forgetting something at home.  
  
Kitchen:  
Beautiful kitchen with thick floating shelves, 3 barstools, and full sized fridge. Our kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, plate ware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and sheet pans to cook whatever you want during your stay. There is also an electric oven, dishwasher, and big island to gather around. The fire extinguisher is located on the windowsill near the back patio door.  
  
Laundry Room:  
Washer and dryer with laundry detergent to do any laundry that you may need. The shelves on top of the washer and dryer is also where we store our board games and extra paper towels.  
  
Backyard:  
Large resort-style pool with beautiful views of the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. Propane grill and outdoor seating. Turn on the string lights and watch the beautiful sunset over the mountains. Gym equipment inside the detached garage and RV gate.  
  
Neighborhood:  
10 minute walking distance to the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. Perfect for morning hikes. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a beautiful and well-maintained neighborhood. Down the street is a middle school with public access to large track and tennis courts.

#### Very clean and quiet location.

We stayed at this property for a week for spring training. We had a very enjoyable stay. We loved the backyard and the place was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

The home was clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed! We had a family of 6, and we stayed for two weeks. We had everything we needed to cook meals, work remotely, and the backyard is an OASIS for relaxing in the evening. We will rent again for sure! Highlights: Quiet safe neighborhood, close to lots of restaurants and Camelback recreation, extremely comfortable memory foam mattresses, and strong WiFi! Also, loved the rain-head showers!

We loved the house & all the amenities it had to offer. The home is a cozy, modern space that was great for our family. The backyard was our favorite: the string lights, fire table, and views overlooking the mountains & sunsets were amazing! The house is great, one slight note, there’s a neighbor who has a loud vehicle that makes noise early in the mornings, but otherwise everything about the house exceeded our expectations. The hosts are prompt to respond & very accommodating. They ensure you have a wonderful stay!!
