Guest Access:

- You can access the pool and request (optional) pool heating for $150 per night. All nights of the stay must be paid off.



The Neighborhood:

Amazing neighborhood that's close to Desert Ridge , Paradise Valley and Scottsdale.



Getting Around:

Bring your own vehicles ( Maximum is 4 Vehicles ) Two would have to be parked in the garage



Other Things to Note:

-Please be aware that all guests that are looking to book will have to completely Truvi / Know you Guest Verification.



This is to avoid third party bookings and maintain integrity of the neighborhood and allow us to abide by rules and regulations that the city of Phoenix , county and state have set for Short term rentals .



- You will be asked to choose either a $50 Damage Waiver + transaction fee (Non refundable) or select Security Deposit (refundable ) + transaction fee after 7 days of Check out.
