It was 2 bed 2 bath and more affordable than any hotel in the area. The place was clean and had everything you needed. Location to TPC and Grayhawk golf courses is perfect, less than 10 minutes to each. It was clean, the common spaces were great with the pool table, pool, golf simulator and coffee in the lobby. I was instructed to park in the bottom level of a parking structure, but the elevator was out of service, and no other elevator was nearby. My family and I were tired from a long drive, and it was extremely inconvenient to haul our luggage up five flights of stairs to get to the floor our room was on. Once we were inside the property, it felt like a claustrophobic hotel, and the view from the window was just more building. Not a lot of natural light, and other balconies as far as we could see. The check in processes is just different from what we are use to. We have rented from VRBO for years. The check in is like being in an escape room. After being there a few days another costumer was trying to figure it out and we helped him. You don’t just get a key code and open the door there is lots more steps to get into your apartment than normal rental, however once you have done it, you will enjoy the place. We appreciated lots of other great things about it.
