With its proximity to Sky Harbor Airport, Top Golf, downtown Gilbert, and more, you will find this place the perfect home base for all your adventures!     Upon entering, you will be greeted with colorful decor, warm tones, and a glimpse of your backyard oasis. The home was very nice. Early check in would have been nice as we had flown all night from Hawaii and arrived in the morning. Actually went to the property about noon after getting rental car. Cleaning staff were all finished but we still weren’t allowed to check in until4.

This is a very nice home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Lots of things are close for shoppjng and dining. The house i very well stocked for cooking at home. We would definitely stay here again.

My family of 4 comes to AZ every spring from Seattle, looking for sunshine and warm weather. This home was perfect for our needs! Large spacious layout, and pool! The outdoor living area is perfect, we enjoyed the covered porch with ceiling fan and the pool and grill were perfect!

Nestled on Nielson

We enjoyed our stay on Nielson. In town to meet our twin addition to the family 😊 Close to everything we wanted to do while in Gilbert. Spent a lot of time outside by the pool and firepit. Grilled a couple nights and prepared all meals there, kitchen had everything we needed. NCAA men's championship games were held in Phoenix while we were there so the area was buzzing with people and things to do. We chose to chill out poolside and watch the games as well as the NCAA women's championship. Neighborhood is nice and quiet.

Great vacation!

Loved the location (close to SanTan) and the property was clean. It had everything needed. Plenty of towels and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need! The pool was beautiful. The only thing it needs is a heater. We could not swim in the evenings because the water was very cold. It was hot enough in the afternoon to jump in and deal with it, but it was way too cold for evenings. We also would’ve liked a tv in the bedroom, but it was fine.

Beautiful home. The pictures don't do it justice. Everything you need you should find in this home. I'm far from a gourmet cook, but we do prefer to cook versus going out to eat every night and this kitchen made it easy. What a comfortable backyard for relaxing. It was a bit too cool for my taste to swim, but the pool was clean and inviting. Can't say enough about this home, other than I hope it is available for any of my subsequent stays in Gilbert. I highly recommend this home.

Time With our Granddaughters

The home was in the perfect location for all we needed to do during the week. Being able to park inside the garage at the house was a HUGE bonus due to the 100 + degree temperatures every day. We also enjoyed the pool in the afternoons when the shadow of the house began to cover the pool water. The air-conditioning worked perfectly even during the near 110 degree temps in the afternoon. Everyone slept comfortably in the beds, and the furniture in the great room was extremely comfortable. I am glad we brought our own pillows because the decorative pillows on the bed in the master bedroom could not be used for sleeping.

Beautiful Home

This home is absolutely beautiful. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The decor was very nice and the pool was clean and inviting, just a little cold still. The only thing I would suggest would be to update the master bathroom shower as it does not reflect the quality of the rest of the home. I would also suggest a 12:00 checkout, as 10:00 is way too early. The only problem we did encounter was we opted for the late checkout, but the door code did not update to the new time, so when it was time to leave we could not lock the door, not wanting to leave this gorgeous home unlocked, my husband locked it from the inside and exited thru the garage……hopefully a simple fix for future renters!

Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful home nestled in a cute and safe neighborhood. The decor is amazing with lots of thought and personal touches throughout the home. The home was stocked with linens, towels and the beds were very comfortable. The layout of the home is perfect, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils you need to cook and enjoy a wonderful meal in the gorgeous dining room or outside by the pool. The house was very clean, stunning decor, well kept backyard with a pool that was cool enough in the scorching heat! The landscaping, bar and TV outside are personal touches that made the outside experience extra special. We felt like we were at home, the house is cozy, beautiful and the hospitality was outstanding. We loved the neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants within minutes of the home. Neighbors were quiet and friendly. We truly enjoyed staying in this beautiful home, the owners were responsive and sweet. Our family looks forward to coming back to the home soon!
