Important policies
Pool heating is $150 per day and is charged only from November 1 through April 30.
Dogs only: a $150 non-refundable pet fee is added after booking. Unauthorized pets or policy violations may result in a $300 fee.
No indoor smoking; violations may result in a $250 fee.
Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and standard check-out is 10:00 AM.
Approved early check-in is $15 per hour; approved late check-out is $20 per hour. Requests are subject to housekeeping availability.
Unauthorized late check-out may result in a $50 fee.
Stays longer than 21 days incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
Returned belongings incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping.
A starter supply of toiletries and paper goods is provided; guests should plan to replenish supplies during longer stays.
