The first room we got smelled like chemicals and I am pregnant. The second one also smelled like chemicals. Our shower leaked like crazy and the sink was clogged. Overall a pretty bad experience.

I wish I could have had more time to enjoy the pool - even though it was a bit small for that big of a motel. Free continental breakfast would have been nice as well.

My only complaint was the very strong smelling cleaning agent they used in the bathroom. My asthma was not happy with it. Even my husband said it was too strong smelling.

The facility is clean and safe. Very convenient to airport and other amenities.
I was disappointed that I couldn’t get a cup a coffee at 5:45 am. Staff was on site and all I wanted was some coffee and they told me they couldn’t serve me until 6:00. It was just coffee

We have shared your feedback with our Bistro manager to ensure this is an isolated incident, as mentioned the Bistro doesn't open until 6am, but they should have been able to allow you to purchase the coffee as the attendant was there to assist. Our sincerest apologies.
I arrived at my room and as a Bonvoy member I expected to have the same great experience I always do. To my surprise I walk into the room and begin to unpack and place my toiletries in the bathroom and much to my surprise there was SH-T floating in the toilet. The room did not seem clean and the property in general was not clean. The bar and restaurant was hardly even opened. This was a bad experience and convinced me I need to go back to the Hilton Honors program

Hotel front area was comfortable & quiet. The towels & beddings were dirty & stained. They were dingy, torn/frayed, and brown smears on sheets & pillows. Clean pillow cases were put over dirty pillows.

I am sorry for the low score you provided based on the fact that the hotel would not allow you to stay for two days for the price of one that you paid. We graciously even gave you a 50.00 refund. We did this as good faith for the miscommunication, of being able to check in a full 11 hours before official check in time of 3pm and stay for another night as well for the cost of one day. Check in is 3pm and check out is noon.

Good overnight
Overall, good stay. Clean and great service. Lots of little things that need to be fixed. Toilet, toilet paper holder, shower head, and AC remote all need work. Quiet and well located to Local park and Tempe Marketplace.
