Easy traveling to and from the airport, grocery store and Old Town Scottsdale. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. No. Was it everything i ever dreamed of for a vacation in Phoenix? No. Could this particular venue be better? Yes. Would i stay here again? Absolutely. Cathy was great! Communication was fantastic! I have zero issues. This is a no frills venue, but it's clean and priced accordingly. Honestly, it's a great deal and still a much better value than a hotel. I appreciate Cathy opening this cute little place to us regardless of the sketch neighborhood. Similar to my NOLA VRBO... where we had a super nice place in a VERY sketch neighborhood. ##### Jay P. The whole experience was incredibly positive and Zen-like. This place feels like an oasis. The house is clean, quiet, extremely comfortable, and well stocked with anything one could possibly want. The backyard is amazing offering many sitting options for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding foliage. Cathy, our host, was very welcoming and professional. All correspondence between us was prompt and accurate. She allowed us to bring our pets, which was super accommodating since we needed to find somewhere to stay quickly.
