Very clean, spacious for a family of 5\. Did not utilize the pool in January. Kitchen had the necessities, beds were comfortable. Nice VRBO touches- very clear communication. We would stay here again! One note- the 4th bedroom is a day bed with a trundle. It would have been nice to have a 4th queen/double for our grown children. It wasn't a problem, just mentioning it in case you over look it, like I did.

Awesome Location for our wedding in Downtown Gilbert, it was amazing. Great place for all us to stay for the wedding. It was also Easter weekend.Aubrey was a great hostess. Savvoy house was stocked with great Amenities for all. Enjoyed our time here.

We had an amazing time at this home. It was very comfortable for our crew of dads and sons in town for a baseball tournament. Everything was as advertised. The location is great, just a few minutes from all the restaurants and vibes in Gilbert town.The communication of the host was really great throughout the trip. It was responsive to anything we needed and communicated any issues in advance.

The property was really nice, the kids loved the pool! They immediately wanted to jump in and swim. The lights, waterfall and heat of the pool were an added plus for night swimming. The toaster was broken and the owners had a new one delivered within hours! The neighbors even helped take the trash out for trash day!

This property was amazing! We took a little family vacation and it was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space. It was exactly how it was described. Aubrey was great with communicating quickly. What a really nice place! And the location is close to shopping and restaurants. The house is very clean and stocked with toiletries. We also enjoyed the salt-water pool after spending all day running around. I highly recommend staying here.

This home was perfect for 4 college roommates reconnecting and having fun. The 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds are nice, especially with the walk in closets. Two of the bedrooms had benches to place your suitcase on, getting it up off the floor. We suggest benches for the other 2 rooms as well. The beautiful kitchen was fabulous with a coffee/tea bar and plenty of counter space to prepare meals. The livingroom and the family room offer two separate conversation areas. The backyard area is beautiful and inviting. As you walk out onto the covered patio you have a lovely pool focal point. We loved having meals and chatting in this comfortable setting. The whole experience was great!

The house was beautiful! My kids wouldn’t leave the heated pool, even when it was cold! The owners were very helpful and responsive, we would definitely stay here again!

#### Hockey Tournament Weekend

House was just as advertised, actually better! Everything was as it looked in the pictures and description. Very comfortable home away from home. We were close to the AZ Ice where all my grandsons games were. Heated pool was wonderful. Everything was labeled for easy use and plenty of pillows and blankets were available. Aubrey was quick to address any questions or issues that arose. She was a pleasure to work with and did everything she could to make our stay wonderful. Would definitely recommend this home and would stay again. I would have to say this was the best VRBO we have every stayed in and we have stayed in many!

#### Very spacious and comfortable

Lovely home, lots of room for our party of 4 but would certainly accommodate a larger group comfortably. Very well stocked with special touches throughout. The beds were very comfortable, which we appreciated after a long day of travel. The area was safe and quiet. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend this lovely home.

Place was awesome. Very good neighbourhood and close to shopping and food. Quick drive to Gilbert Entertainment area with lots of options for food and family fun. Comfortable beds and the pool was Awesome. Cleaned and maintained very well. We go to Arizona yearly to get some sun and this has been the best place so far in regards to location and neighborhoods to be in. 30 min Uber ride to sporting events which was great. Host was quick to answer any questions as well. Nothing was more the 5-7 min away for amenities so was perfect. Highly recommend booking this if available. Will be back again for sure!

We are a family with 8 young children (ages 0-15). We stayed here for a week. The lovely home is in a great neighborhood. It was spacious enough and well equipped for our large family. Aubrey quickly replied when we had any questions. She was a caring and helpful hostess. We recommend this place and would stay here again.

#### Great place, great communication, easy access to downtown Gilbert, Shopping, TopGolf, Groceries

Great place to stay for our family of 5\. Everyone had their own space, and private heated pool was great. We enjoyed the 5 min drive to downtown Gilbert for great restaurants and quick drive to SanTan mall for shopping, and TopGolf. Clean, well-equipped. Easy check-in and great/quick communication from Aubrey whenever we had questions. Neighborhood basketball court a block away. We arrived on a Sunday and neighbors had started accumulating their trash / yard trimmings at the street until Wednesday trash pickup. Not a big deal, just something we noticed that we aren't used to. Overall a great stay, and we would consider staying here again when we visit Gilbert!

We came with our kids and it was very family friendly. The pack and play and the high chair made coming with a 1 year old very easy. The pool was nice and warm. The house was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.
