The kitchen has the latest in cabinetry, with a lazy susan and in cabinet trash receptacle. The refrigerator has filtered water and ice for those hot summer days! For those guests that prefer to have off the street parking along with cozy accommodations. This guest house sports 670 square feet and has been completely remodeled from top to bottom! The hosts were unobtrusive but kept in contact with us and let us know they were available if needed. This rental is in back of a house with a long-term tenant, but that was no problem, we didn't ever even see the tenants.The unit was clean and well equipped. The neighborhood is OK, not upscale but not terrible either; we felt safe and chose this rental because it was close to where we needed to go.
