The house is beautiful and expansive in a scenic location. Check in was easy and our host was great, very responsive when we had a question. The house had all the amenities we needed, including a coffee maker and coffee. The house provided plenty of room for the family to congregate together as well as plenty of rooms/bathrooms for privacy. We enjoyed the pool every day, and the host made sure the pool was cleaned when we requested. The only drawback I will mention is access to the pool requires going up and down a lot of stairs. We scoured the market for the best property for our large group of friends, and we definitely picked the right one. This property checked all the boxes (location, amenities, views, and management staff). I highly recommend this place. The house was in incredible condition, and we had a blast. I've stayed in a number of other rental properties, but I can honestly say that this home was (1) kept in the best condition and (2) had the best management team running the property (all issues were immediately addressed - their service was better than 5-star hotels). Spacious kitchen , ample supplies ie cutlery, dishes, two dishwashers ..large island and incredible dining table for family to gather. There were a few hiccups at the beginning but Jonathan and Kat responded in a timely manner. There was lots of room to either gather or seek quiet space. Tons of room for everyone to spread out, inside and out. Great views from all over the property. Huge dining area and well equipped kitchen. Location could not be better, in close proximity to hiking, golf, shopping, restaurants, Old Town Scottsdale, etc. The management team was awesome. Extremely responsive before, during and after our stay. They stocked the house with groceries for us prior to our arrival and assisted in booking us a chef for a night. Highly recommended. Location wise, you could not ask for better. The house is situated right on camelback, close to old town, and a few minutes from great restaurant and bars. The workout room was an amazing alternative to the Arizona heat on mornings we didn’t wake up early enough to hike. The outdoor grill area was complete with water misters, speakers, and a TV that was the perfect retreat from the sun while allowing us to cookout while enjoying the beautiful view and sunset. The kitchen and dining area is better than the pictures look and is truly where beauty meets function between the sleek design, the multiple dishwashers, and dual sinks. The host really thought of everything and spared no expense to make this house the perfect retreat while also being extremely responsive with requests from our group ##### David W. I planned a wellness retreat for a large group of women. The property was beautiful. The only things I would like to comment on that I wish I had known prior to booking was The layout is not ideal for more than 9 adults in the guest house.we made the best of it, but unfortunately I should have asked for a floor plan and layout of beds. Also, the kitchen table did not fit everyone, which isn’t a huge deal but it was unfortunate we couldn’t all eat together. Lastly, the pool was very dirty and I finally had to reach out and asked for it to be cleaned. It did get cleaned the afternoon of the 2nd day we were there. In house rentals I’ve had in the past, it’s been cleaned every morning. We would book again, just never for this big of a group. ##### Elizabeth G.
