I enjoyed the amenities and my apartment! It had the exact stuff that I needed to be comfortable for my stay in AZ! I’m so glad I chose this place. People were so friendly here as well. I felt home away from home!

The apartment was a great distance from Grand Canyon University which we were visiting. It was exactly what we needed. The apartment was clean and practical. We appreciated that they allowed us to check in early. We recommend you bring pool towels as the unit only has one large towel per person.

That only was a spotless, but it felt like it was home away from Home. They left extra amenities in the apartment and it was easy access.

Great communication from the host throughout the entire trip - if something was needed, they responded promptly! Property was gorgeous well maintained, clean, the guides they provide were incredible helpful. A perfect stay! Will definitely be here again next time I’m in Phoenix!

When I arrived the hallways to the building smelled wonderful and clean. The ease of getting my key fob was wonderful after a long travel day and the cleanliness of the apartment was out of this world. I absolutely love staying here and look forward to all of my future stays in the coming months.

If you have kids/ toddlers I don’t think it’s suitable as the person living on the 3rd floor is not nice at all. He was very rude and not understanding at all that I have a 2yr old. Very nice apartment/ condo but has no installation whatsoever in the walls or floors. Also the curtains in the bedroom were not good at all either as the sun rise at 6am so will you.

This is surprise for us. we never intended to stay in an apartment. We thought of this as a hotel. Hotels.com should provide more details on this. Our stay was good.

Very nice property in good location - North Central Phoenix. The apartment itself would have been perfect for our 25 day stay but for the fact that the dryer did not work and the landlord did nothing about it despite almost 10 message exchanges and phone calls. So we had to lay our clothes all around the living room to dry. Additionally, the kitchen needed clean and the check-in process was less than ideal because we were provided an incorrect entry password. All of this was particularly troubling when, after arrival, we read a review from a renter in April 2026 who had pretty much the same experience as we did. To be fair, the apartment was comfortable, the AC worked great and we appreciated having two TVs - one in the living room and another in the bedroom.
