Our villa has 2 BEDROOMS. There is 1 bedroom with 1 King bed and 1 bedroom with 2 Double beds. You'll find a Sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate additional guests.
Get ready in our 2 BATHROOMS. We provide you with a hairdryer, towels, and complimentary toiletries. Keep your clothes clean, courtesy of the in-suite washer and dryer.
After golfing and shopping, retreat to our air-conditioned LIVING SPACE. Curl up on the sofa and enjoy your favorite shows on our cable TV or watch your favorite movie with our DVD player. You can easily connect with friends and family back home, courtesy of the complimentary Wi-Fi.
In the KITCHEN you'll find a stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, cooking utensils, dishes, and a toaster. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine. When you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant, ArteZania Kitchen & Cantina, which serves Mexican.
There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Holiday Inn Club Vacations Scottsdale Resort where our villa is conveniently located. These include fitness center access, 3 heated outdoor pool (open year-round), the Splash Canyon water feature and water slides, and the outdoor hot tub. The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! The Phoenix Zoo in downtown Phoenix is also popular, and the beautiful 222-acre Ecanto Park that includes the Enchanted Island Amusement Park is perfect for family fun. There are a bunch of great golf courses in the area - be sure to check out Grayhawk Golf Club and TPC Scottsdale. If you're craving something sweet, head over to The White Chocolate Grill, which serves refined riffs on American staples and shareable signature desserts.

Don’t judge a book by its cover.
This place looked amazing! I won’t lie, it was spacious, had all the amenities we needed. The downside….
Walls were thin. You could hear the people next door every morning. As well as the heavy footed residents above. Location was close. Thankfully we were out most of the time enjoying the area. I generally do not sleep well. The thin walls did not help. I took a video the day we checked in. It was beautiful. But then……. If you’re a sound sleeper I highly recommend this place, otherwise…

Perfect accommodations for family of 5 or even more.
Condo was just as described. Perfect accommodations for our family of 5 with two teens and one pre-teen and two adults. Condo was very clean and well accommodated. We were so comfortable there and the spaces were all very generous. Parking was also easy and close to condo entrance. Highly recommend and would happily stay here again.

Great place
We had a wedding in Scottsdale and wanted somewhere to stay with my parents and kids. This place was perfect for us! Our room was right near the kids pool, which was awesome with water slides, splash pad etc. The gym and game room were right nearby too and were great. The condo was very comfortable and clean. The hosts responded super fast to questions we had. Would definitely recommend staying here.
