Your one bedroom one bath condo belongs to a very sought after lush winter traveler destination!
If you like daily walks, your master plan community has three choices of beautiful short, mid and longer greenbelt routes past meandering trees, lakes and homes. Your lush, resort style gated complex has a great Clubhouse to hang out (with Friday night wine and Saturday morning coffee socials during the winter), three heated swimming pools and spas (you deserve more than two), a state of the art picke ball/tennis court and a fitness center (so there are no excuses).

The great Chandler location is adjacent (within strolling distance) to the Lakeside Boardwalk shops, restaurants, Sprouts grocery store and Fry's supermarket.

Super easy to get around everywhere, one mile from the 101 Fwy, five minutes from Chandler Fashion Mall (shop, shop, shop!), 9 miles from Cubs Stadium, 15 minutes from Wild Horse Pass Hotel and Casino, 10 miles from Mill Ave District, 15 miles from the Sky Harbor airport and 20 minutes from the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway airport.

Yours is an ultra cool one bedroom second floor condo near the lake with a balcony where you’ll spend a lot of your time having your meals and soaking up the great weather.

The living room has large windows with a pleasant view overlooking one of the green area gazebos (which is supplied with a convenient bbq grill just steps away from your kitchen), a queen sized sleeper sofa for your occasional guests and a 50" flat screen TV with complimentary cable and WiFi. A desk provides lots of space for remote working.

The full kitchen - with granite countertops - is well stocked with all sorts of useful gadgets like a crock pot, a blender, a Keurig and a drip coffee makers, a mini chopper (it is obligatory for you to make salsa while in AZ), pie tins, etc. in case you get exhausted trying out all the restaurants and eateries around.

Your bedroom’s comfy queen bed set includes linens (and pool towels), a 47" flat screen TV, a little computer desk for your laptop and device charging and is stocked with the usual office supplies and a few tools you might need while away (just look in the drawers).

The beautiful bathroom has double vanities and granite counters, a hair dryer so you don't have to bring yours and samples of products you may not have on your first day of arrival.

The full size washer and dryer are inside the unit and there’s an iron, ironing board (did I say fun yet?) and a folding lingerie hanger for the delicate items.

The condo is personally cleaned by the owners using enhanced practices to ensure the best possible stay.

Water, sewer, garbage removal, electricity, WiFi internet and basic cable TV included during the peak season of December, January, February and March.

During the low season of April through November electricity, WiFi internet, water, sewer and garbage removal are included (basic cable TV are separate charges).

Available for one month minimum stay, starting on first and ending on last day of the month.
