Cannot say enough about this rental and host. Karen has thought of everything and was very helpful during our stay. The home was clean, comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed. When we come back to visit our daughter, we'd love to stay again.

PERFECT! It doesn’t get any better!

What a wonderful place to stay. We felt at home and had everything we needed for a great stay. Comfortable furniture and beds, super well equipped kitchen and clean as a whistle. Great location too. Close to shopping, biking, restaurants and only a short drive to route 60. Quiet neighborhood. Karen is the perfect hostess. We can’t wait to come back!

My two daughters and I stayed in this lovely home three nights. It was perfect for our needs. We had family in the area and visited/played with them but still had the privacy we needed. It was perfect and our host, Karen was great. She even made us delicious homemade salsa to enjoy.

Our landlord was pleasant and friendly to talk to if we had problems during our stay. She went above the call of duty offering us fresh fruit, cinnamon rolls, Maui sadas during our stay that were wonderful. Would stay again if it’s possible.

Quiet neighborhood and well maintained house

This property had 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Plenty of space for the 3 of us. We were approx 30 miles from PGA tournament. Plenty of amenities in kitchen and bathrooms. Host was awesome. They were super friendly and provided us with salsa & chips. How sweet!! We would definitely recommend.

Karen was a great hostess. We really enjoyed our stay once we aired out the house (24 hours)...so many scented products and ionizers. The 5 Star Val Vista Community Clubhouse was the highlight of the rental experience. New pickleball courts and great heated swimming pool. The beds were very comfortable. House and garage need a major declutter. We loved the downtown eating choices...Joes BBQ in downtown Gilbert was our favorite spot.

Perfect House and Host!

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for two weeks. The house was perfect for us and the other couple who stayed with us. But even better than the house was how Karen welcomed us. We had some issues picking up our rental car and had to take an Uber to the house. Karen, who lives next door, greeted us and insisted that she take us to get something to eat and also gave us a ride back to the car rental location the next morning. We definitely would recommend this rental!

The owner, Karen, is very easy to work with and accessible. The recreation area is fun. The 4 tennis courts are very nice and the beach pool is fun and clean. Not ideal on site for pickleball but there are public courts close. The home is extremely well equipped and clean. Excellent experience.
