Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Please note however pets and animals (including service animals) are permitted in the two bedroom basement unit ONLY. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: 🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya. 🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free. 🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use. 🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only. 🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance. 🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated. 🐶 Need pet care while you\`re out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word. 💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning. There is a $60 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $180 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! The 5 kids had a great time outside. The weather was good and we had our meals on the large patio table. Some of the exterior was in need of repair in regard to stairs and loose or damaged slate like stone that was chipping and broken, watch your step if you have exposed toes. That said the home was quite beautiful inside and had all of the amenities a group would need. Owner is very friendly and not afraid to work and clean when cleaning staff does not show up. Mary made sure things were ready and spotless for our visit. I would not hesitate to visit again. ##### JACK A.
