"Please do not stay here! It was absolutely disgusting and not fit for an overnight stay.i checked in and checked back out immediately. I was not reimbursed nor did I care. I just wanted out of there asap!"

"Unfortunately, I paid for a hotel here and was left stranded without a code to get into the property. My booking was canceled without written confirmation or heads up until I was physically at the property and had to call a number because there was no front desk staff. I was unable to be refunded or placed in a different hotel. The hurdles and stress to try to remedy this breakdown of communication between the main website and hotel was a souring experience, and I would not recommend. I contacted the third-party hotel several times to understand why their correspondence of canceling my hotel was never notified on the website portal where they posted the listing was never sent at any point. Ultimately, I was still not refunded and the booking was not ever formally "canceled" on the main website. The third-party hotel said that they do not receive messages sent back to them on the hotels.com website, which was confusing because they were still sending me correspondence on the platform about incidental fees, parking options, and check out. I also was messaged to send funds to a CashApp account, which did not seem appropriate for a hotel booking. Beware of booking with this place."

"I am requesting a full refund for my stay because the hotel room was in an unacceptable condition. When I first entered the room, I noticed one or two ants. However, when I woke up the next morning, I found a large number of ants swarming in my unfinished coffee and around a small coffee spill on the table. The infestation was clearly much worse than it initially appeared. I immediately reported the issue to the front desk and filed a complaint. The hotel staff inspected the room, acknowledged the ant problem, and viewed the photographs I took. They advised me to contact Hotels.com directly to request a refund. The hotel has effectively recognized the issue after seeing the evidence. I have photographs documenting the ant infestation and can provide them upon request."

"I have been to some places but this one was THE ONE !!!! First off , I found a c***k pipe in the box of tissues that were opened and never checked or replaced by the cleaners. There were two extremely long pieces of hair in the bathtub upon arrival , I have a bob…. . We had to go down to the front to request an iron that we had to return immediately after using. The place did have a security in the front and the management apologized for the pipe, but I still can’t get over that . We needed a place to stay for attending a festival but I would never return to this place again! There’s so much more as well but you all get the point… oh there was also a hole in the bathroom door at the bottom from someone kicking in the door… again I could go on and on but you get the point!!"
