« Cannot stress enough how UNBELIEVABLY friendly AND efficient owner Eddie is...he replied instantly to my WhatsApp after 5pm, was involved, helpful and polite and answered every question without bitterness, resentment or impatience. « 1 ère étape en Afrique du Sud, nous avions cherché un hôtel à proximité de l’aéroport pour une correspondance le lendemain matin. Notre taxi Jean Luc commandé par l’établissement était là, très sympathique. Arrivée à l’hôtel Raymond nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse, malgré l’horaire tardif vol AF890 arv 22h30, soit 23h45 à l’hôtel. "J'ai passé un très bon séjour. L'hôtel est bien situé et bien animé. Le personnel est au petit soin et certains parlent français, ce qui facilite la communication en cas de soucis. Les cocktails et la nourriture servis au bar et au resto sont très bons. Le petit plus... Le ménage est fait tt les jours.👌👌👌"
