Getting Around:  
Philadelphia, one of the country’s most walkable cities, is incredibly easy to navigate either by foot or by public transportation. That just leaves one question: Where to park the car?  
  
On-Street Parking  
Philadelphia has thousands of metered spots throughout the city, perfect if you only plan to park for an hour or two.   
  
A parking lot across the street charges about $25/day.  
  
Be sure to read all parking signs very carefully before leaving your car to avoid ticketing and towing during hours in which parking may be prohibited.  
  
They are plenty of paid long-term parking options nearby too. A good resource is the online parking locator.  
  
For moving around, you'll also find several bus stops, bike ride-sharing stations, and subway stations.   
  
Otherwise, we recommend moving around the city using uber or lyft - its fairly affordable & we'd be happy to share discount codes with you!  
  
Other Things to Note:  
\- The gym is open from 7 am to 9 pm  
\- The elevator is available to use 24/7  
\- Please note that there are 4 small steps leading to the building's lobby. There is an accessible ramp in the left-side entrance of the builidng on Samson St.  
\- Extra cleaning services can be requested during your stay for an additional fee  
\- Pets are welcome for $25/night max 2 pets (capped at $250/month)  
\- A $250 deposit may be collected before check-in, and ID collection/waiver may be required. Reservation are not eligible for refunds if these steps are not completed.
