I may never home share again. The booking agent had issues with processing payments. However when everything with our stay went badly with the host, they were supportive. Ultimately they failed to remedy the bad situation. The host was threatening and abusive. The host attempted to cheat me. Asking for additional money (just about the cost of the complete stay) after we'd already checked in. This was never brought up prior to booking or when speaking with Havana directly The booking agent said this was even against the host rules. After leaving to get food the host threatened to lock the apartment if I didn't give him/her more money, in cash. Remind you they had payment in full at booking. They threatened holding our things as hostage. Thankfully the doors didn't lock before we could get back. They always attempted to intimate us with violence. I had to call the police. We left and didn't stay. The booking agent is working to refund me but that did little to help with our travel accommodations. I don't like giving bad reviews however travelers should know. They also had an issue with hot water. They seem to have cameras watching as well. There also was old food in the kitchen. Just be careful with this one folks. ##### Neil R. The steps were a killer. That will deter me from staying at this property again. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was beautiful but needed a non-slip mat and there no hot water.
