Very clean and very helpful and friendly staff. Restaurant on site was also very good.

Staff were very kind. Our flight was terribly delayed and arrived Hotel at 2AM(!), but Staff waited us and checked in. Also staff at breakfast was friendly and breakfast was good. Our kids loved them. I strongly recommend Hotel Pownal.

From the second I pulled up, I knew ot was going to be good. I was greeted upon arrival and check-in was quick. The property is meticulous and the room beautiful. I loved the scenery, the proximity to the beach and the ice cream shop/cafe and the onsite dining options were fantastic. The staff were all wonderful and helpful The EV chargers were plentiful and worked well. If I could offer two suggestions it would be to have the ventilation looked into, as there were some really loud sounds coming from the vents all night. The second suggestion would be a full length mirror in the room. Other than that it was perfect!
