"The premier Hotel Cape Town is a very nice business hotel. The staff was exceptional. They were friendly, professional, and very helpful. We initially had a room in the back building, but we’re able to move to the front building, which was much nicer and renovated. The breakfast was very good. "The shining star of this wonderful hotel is the staff. Everyone from the doorman, the front desk staff, the chefs and the waiters, the room attendants to the maintenance staff were extremely friendly with big smiles and greeted us whenever we crossed their paths. A few staff that stood out were Restaurant Manager Roxane, kitchen staff Danielle and waitresses Faith and Asheda. The location was perfect and only steps from the heartbeat of the V&A Waterfront. The breakfast selection was excellent. The pool area and pool were lovely. Our room was a nice size with a big shower and comfortable beds. We highly recommend this wonderful property and when we return, we most definitely will stay here again."

"Had a lovely experience at the hotel. Everything was perfect but what really stood out for me was the professionalism and friendliness of literally all the staff. From the courteous reception staff, the ladies at the other desk who where very kind and patient in helping me with suitable tours to book, the cleaners who were always very polite and friendly and the staff at the outdoor areas who where just exceptional as this is where I spent most of my time at the hotel. Thank you all and hope to see you again 😊"
