### Bright cottage with wifi, pets allowed, parking, near Château-Gontier

The cottage offers a bright, comfortable, and well-insulated new house with a large 71m² living room on the ground floor, including a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area with a TV. A pellet stove provides extra warmth. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, each with a soft and harmonious decor and its own private bathroom (shower cubicle, sink, and toilet). Two bedrooms have a queen-size bed (160x200cm) each, and one bedroom has three single beds (90x190cm). A large terrace runs the length of the house, along with parking and a lawn area with fruit trees (pears and plums). The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue, and a pergola.  
  
The owners, who live next door to the cottage, have a beautiful vegetable garden and numerous fruit trees, as well as a chicken coop. In winter, sheep graze near the cottage. You will be enchanted by the views from the upper floor overlooking the fields stretching as far as the eye can see!  
  
Peuton is ideally located 12km from Château-Gontier-sur-Mayenne, where you can enjoy all kinds of water sports (water park, water skiing, paddleboarding, kayaking, electric boats), cycling (with rentals available at Canotika) along the Vélo Francette cycle route on the Mayenne towpath, museum visits, cinema, and more. The town has been awarded the "Fleur d'Or" label for the quality of its landscaped areas. A must-see!  
  
You can also visit the Robert Tatin Museum, an open-air museum with giant sculptures!  
  
The Rincerie leisure park (24km) offers a beautiful lake with a beach and wake park.  
  
All local shops, including a bakery, butcher, restaurant, and mini-market, are 4km away in Quelaines.  
  
Weekend stays: Friday 5pm to Sunday 5pm - 1 or 2 night weekend package.  
Weekly stays: Arrival 5pm - Departure 10am. Parties are not allowed. Cottage, at the entrance to the village - Ground floor: entrance with cloakroom, sink, washing machine and storage - living room with a fully equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, 5-burner gas hob, large oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, pod coffee maker, blender and raclette set), a lounge area with a large sofa, coffee table, large-screen TV, pellet stove - WC with washbasin.  
  
On the first floor: 1 bedroom (Ochre, 13m²) with a 160x200cm bed, en-suite shower room and toilet, and storage; 1 bedroom (Pearl Grey, 13.5m²) with a 160x200cm bed, en-suite shower room, storage, and wardrobe; 1 bedroom (Botanical, 9.5m²) with two 90x190cm beds, storage, and a 5m² office with a 90x190cm bed and a travel cot with a comfortable mattress.  
  
Outdoor amenities: garden table and bench, 2 sun loungers, 1 large parasol, barbecue.  
Courtyard: large parking area and 2 additional parking spaces outside the courtyard. Lawn.  
Fiber optic Wi-Fi available throughout the property. Baby equipment: travel cot with a comfortable mattress - high chair - baby bath and plastic tableware  
Included: made beds - towels - heating  
Optional: cleaning €80 - bag of wood pellets €8  
Pets welcome: €10/day/pet - Compliance with the Gîtes de France pet charter (available upon request). The ground floor is accessible: living room and toilet. However, the bedrooms are upstairs with access via stairs.

From the D22, between Craon and Château-Gontier, in the centre of the village of Pré d'Anjou, take the D10 towards Marigné Peuton. Cross Marigné-Peuton towards Quelaines. Cross Peuton, still towards Quelaines. Last house in the village on your left.  
Possibility to park along the facade in the car park.
