There was even urine in one toilet seat and excrement on another. When I arrived my son 44 and daughter 45 were actually vacuuming and cleaning the condo. The location of the property was great. Close to downtown Petosky, the marina, parks, distillery, and walking/biking trails. The unit is a townhouse with plenty of room. It is clean and well appointed. The best part is each room has it own bathroom and there is a darling little porch out back to relax on. We would definitely stay again. ##### Michelle T.
