Villa Torre - Perugia

Villa Torre is a splendid villa rebuilt on the ruins of a medieval defensive tower of the estate. It is almost impossible to find an enthralling sight like the wooded valley below Torre. The beautiful infinity pool and the spectacular roof terrace offer beautiful panoramic views that will remain carved into your memory. With three bedrooms, each individually decorated in warm colors with over-sized beds with linens made of the finest soft cottons, and an elegant living room with fireplace, you'll feel like you're in a special friend's house that you'll never want to leave.
Villa Torre has 6 beds (3 bedrooms) and is organized in several floors.
On the ground floor is the living room, the dining room, the equipped kitchen, a king size double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and the laundry in the basement.
On the first floor of the tower there is a bedroom with two bunk beds with en-suite bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is a king-size double bedroom, from which, through some steps, you can access the roof terrace and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

To reach the villa there are 3 km of gravel road. Please note that the roads are in good condition but occasionally steep and with small stones like all country roads, so they are not suitable for low-altitude cars.
We usually recommend renting a 4x4 (just because driving would be more comfortable), but neither our staff nor our usual guests ever rent it, unless they have their own. In fact, even if the roads are gravel roads, a standard car is usually more than enough.

Florence and Rome are within driving distance of the estate and Siena, Arezzo, Assisi, Gubbio two hours, Todi and Orvieto are all nearby. capital of the Perugia region is only 20 minutes away and offers a wide range of cultural activities that include the opera and the famous Umbria Jazz and Eurochocolate festivals. Other spectacular hill towns include Cortona and Preggio, the latter with its annual classical music festival, as well as the annual Montone Film Festival, which attracts an international audience.

INCLUSIONS:
- All the utilities (electricity, water, villa heating).
- Unlimited use of Wi-Fi internet access.
- Concierge Service from 9am to 7pm. Available for emergencies out of hours.
- Maid Service is provided in a time frame between 10am and 1pm (6 days a week excluding Sundays and public holidays for Villa Sibilla, Villa del Cammino, Villa Collinette, Villa Savino, Villa Torre and Villa Santa – included every day for Villa Piuma, Villa Ugo and Villa Molino). The total length of the service cannot be determined in advance as it depends on how many maids are servicing at the same time. Maid service includes cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms and a quick cleaning of the kitchen. Deeper cleaning for longer stays is provided once a week. Extra maid service is available on request at an extra charge, as indicated in our Service Book.
- Full gardening and pool cleaning service.
- Pool heating is not included, and price is based upon consumption if requested. Pool heating is not available from November to April, subject to weather conditions.
- Outdoor Jacuzzi at Villa Vibilla, Villa Torre, Villa Santa, and Villa Piuma is always heated and included in the price.
- The heating of the outdoor hot tub at Villa Savino is included in the price.
- The heating of the outdoor hot tub, sauna, and indoor whirlpool at Villa Molino is included in the price.
- Weekly linen and pool towel change if guests stay for 2 consecutive weeks or more.
- Change of bathroom towels twice per week.
- Shuttle service to/from the Estate restaurant (available every day for dinner time prior reservation) for up to 8 people maximum. Multiple round trips per villa are NOT available.
- 15% discount on the Antognolla Golf green fees and 5% discount on Golf Shop.
- Final cleaning.
- Welcome hamper with Nespresso Capsules and Estate products (please consider that the villa is self-catered, but we are glad to include an initial provision of bottled water, coffee powder, tea, sugar, cooking and table salt, olive oil and coffee capsules upon arrival). Pre-stocking service available on request at an extra cost.
- Soaps, shampoos, body lotion and shower caps in every bathroom.

GENERAL NOTES:
- Security Deposit € 1.500,00
- Villa Molino: Minimum stay of 2 nights all year long. No pets admitted. Only suitable for children over 14 years old.
- Transfer policy: only transfers arranged through the Tenuta Umbra Concierge Team are allowed to access the estate.
- We strongly suggest all our guests to have their own rental vehicle to move inside and outside Tenuta Umbra. Sport cars and low-height cars are not suitable for Tenuta Umbra white gravel roads.
- Extra services and activities: the Guest acknowledges and accepts that whatsoever service (e.g. catering, cooking, transfers, etc.) to the Guest and to his/her group during their stay and/or to the Property can only be provided by or through the restaurant and/or Tenuta Umbra and he/she undertakes to refrain from asking and/or buying services from third party providers/persons. Services/activities must be booked in advance as Tenuta Umbra cannot guaranteed availability if booked last minute.
- The welcoming service is intended for key collection and explanation of the villas. Please note that we cannot grant multiple welcoming services for the same group.
- We only accept weddings, parties or events at Villa Ugo. The maximum number of guests allowed is 55. Prices are upon request.
- It is preferable to explore the Estate on foot or by bike. Should you wish to move around the Estate by car, ask your Concierge for a transfer within the Estate.
- Check-in time is from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to villa availability on the relevant day, to be confirmed with the Concierge Office. Late check-in after 8pm should be communicated in advance and will be charged a fee of 150 Euro. In any case we cannot provide a check in after midnight.
- Check-out is by 10:00 am.

A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to the regulations of your host municipality.
